T-Mobile Student HotSpot

T-Mobile Project 10 Million offers direct to student HotSpots.  These hotspots are not managed by the school district. Information can be found on the T-Mobile site.

Step 1.

Fill out the form page with your name, email address

Step 2.

Fill out the form page with your home and shipping address

Step3.

Choose a PIN (remember this number)

Step 4.

Fill out the form page with your students information.

Enter the State - Missouri

Enter the St. Joseph #MO-011802 school district.  

Enter the name of the school your student attends. 

If you do not see your school -choose  I do not see my school listed. 

Provide the Students school ID number -

Continue the pages until all forms are complete.

 

To prove CEP status, We accept the following, dated from the 2019 school year or newer:

  • Report Cards
  • School enrollment or attendance letters

If you DO NOT have one of the above items, proof of enrollment in one of the following programs is accepted:

  • National School Lunch Program notifications letters or direct certifications
  • Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) via P-EBT or EBT
  • Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF)
  • Food Distribution Program on Indian Reservations (FDPIR)
  • Community Eligibility Provision (CEP)
  • Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) via BBBS Partnership
  • Medicaid
  • Head Start
  • Foster youth, migrant, homeless, or runway youth

Supported file format: .pdf, .jpg and .png. Maximum size: 7.5MB

For Apple users: if taking a photo of your document, check your camera settings. On your iPhone/iPad, go to SettingsCameraFormats. Make sure “Most Compatible” is selected.

 

Persons listed as Parent or Guardian may contact the students school or the helpdesk at 816-671-4444 to obtain the students ID number if it is not known.  The district helpdesk can answer general questions but specific inquiries for the program should be made to T-Mobile.
